Antique Store in Hico - Part 4 of Lonnie & Mabels Antique Store. They have sold the building and are closing up shop! The shop is so full of amazing retro & vintage items it will take multiple auctions to liquidate everything. *****PREVIEW SUNDAY DECEMBER 26TH 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM*****111 S. Pecan, Hico,Tx 76457***** Part Three and Part Four are Open for Bidding Now. Some Shipping will be available on small items. Shipping will be handled through a local UPS store. No shipping of furniture or large items. There will be an $8.00 Handling fee (for 4-5 small items) to be transported back to the auction house for shipping. If you are buying more please contact us for more info! Both Part Three and Part Four will close on consecutive nights with pick up of both auctions combined into 2 consecutive days. Closing of THIS AUCTION (Part Four) will take place on Tuesday December 28th starting at 6:00 pm at the rate of 3 Lots per minute. Pick Up for both Parts Three and Four will be Thursday December 30th 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Friday December 31st 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Pick Up will be by appointment only. All pick up of purchased items from Part Three and Part Four must be completed by Friday December 31st at 1:00 pm as we will need the store to be emptied for the new owners. **NOTICE: MOST ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION ARE NOT NEW. THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED VARYING DEGREES OF USAGE & WILL SHOW SOME WEAR & TEAR. WE CLEANED SOME ITEMS FOR PHOTOGRAPHS, BUT A LOT OF THEM ARE DUSTY AND DIRTY AND WILL NEED SOME TLC TO BRING THEM BACK TO THEIR FORMER GLORY.
